Reminders for Convention 2009:

• The Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort & Spa is now a fully all-inclusive hotel.

• For security reasons, persons staying off property will be charged US$45.00 per day per person for a convention pass. This includes admission to the property, coffee break and lunch.

• To ensure that the hotel security measures are adhered to, all attendees are encouraged to pre-register by January 15th, 2009.

Important Dates and Deadlines:

• Convention Registration - Early Registration Discounts ends January 15th, 2009.

• Hotel Registration - Deadline for payments/reservations is January 15th, 2009 (cut off date).

• Golf Tournament - Deadline for registration is January 26th, 2009.

Refund & Cancellation Policies:

  • CANCELLATION POLICY:

    • Cancellation requests MUST be made in writing and postmarked by January 15th, 2009 for a partial refund of 80%.

    • NO refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 15th, 2009.

    • Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted.
